ProVoice DX30
El DX30 ofrece una magnífica protección a tu negocio cifrando todas las llamadas realizadas de forma que pueden usarse estas como una prueba admisible frente a un tribunal. Todas las llamadas son grabadas instantaneamente en el servidor de grabación ProVoice via USB. Desde aquí, las llamadas pueden ser administradas inmediatamente a traves de la red IP. El servidor de grabacion esta provisto de 8 puertos ISDN, con los que pueden grabarse hasta 30 canales.

ProVoice IP
ProVoice IP realiza la grabacion de llamadas sobre su PBX IP. Usando la tecnología de Sniffing, el software ProVoice IP graba y monitoriza las llamadas sin interferir con su PBX IP. Esto se consigue monitorizando los paquetes de VoIP que se transmiten usando "port mirroring" a traves del switch donde esta conectada la PBX IP.
