  • The Quadro Communications Manager (QCM) is a Windows® based software application that can be configured as a remote or local extension of a Quadro IP PBX. The graphical user interface of the QCM is specifically designed to integrate the Quadro’s receptionist functionality - call queuing and extension status watching.

    These are advanced telephony features particularly useful in office environments with an extensive flow of calls. In addition, the QCM can also be utilized as a Softphone for mobile and remote users
