Spectralink introduces the new Wireless Server 400 and the Wireless Server 6500. They are both the next generation of IP Servers from Spectralink and they are built on a brand new platform, which makes them very flexible and scalable. Together they provide excellent options for customers of all sizes, ranging from small to medium-sized businesses up to enterprises.

With Kirk Wireless Server 400, customers have a unique opportunity to design their wireless solution to match their exact business requirements. They simply buy license keys that meet their needs. Depending on how it is assembled, and which license keys are added - the solution supports up to 30 wireless users and 12 calls. Moreover, the server is ideal as a hosted solution because it has the capability for provisioning of configuration, firmware, and wireless users as well as VLAN tagging.

To support mobility among employees, the Wireless Server 400 can be installed in multiple locations, and is compatible with all KIRK handsets to meet the individual needs of each employee.

Kirk Wireless Server 6500 solutions is a rack version that consists of a number of different infrastructure elements which can be assembled in accordance with the company’s exact telephony needs today and to suit any future changes in the organization. Adding the Wireless Server 6500 to the installation gives you an scalable wireless SIP solution that can handle a large number of mobile employees or cover a large geographical area - or both.

With modular add-on nature that can fulfill wireless needs of up to 4,096 mobile employees. A flexible license option means that the customer only pay for the users and features they need. This makes it easy to increase the number of voice channels and/or geographical coverage if the wireless needs should change upon initial deployment.
